Don't know about you, however your son has an keen eye on your car. Watch out!
This RC truck already looks more offroad capable than the cybertruck
The car that thinks it's a house, or the house that thinks it's a car. Take your pick!!!!!
It would be safer for your kid if you left the doors on.
Omg I had a 1978 LTD but it was red and white. AC blew so cold i had to turn it off every once in a while to keep the cabin below freezing lol! Sadly it needed a transmission and I didn’t have the money to fix it so it was hauled away 😢
Very nice ride. I had 75 LTD brings back memories.
She's a beauty, gorgeous ........ That's when American Cars were still Great. Now they are all P.O.S's or stupid SUV's or Camry wannabes. Nothing made here is really very inspiring anymore.
Paul here calling from London, UK. Thank you for the joy of allowing me to accompany you with your family on the journey in that fantastic LTD! I love America!
Those absolutely were true road cars great rides set up there and all day long run 8085 miles an hour them cars were wonderful
In 1977 I bought a new '77 Ford pickup truck, traded my car in the deal. The dealership couldn't get my new Truck ready before they closed shop for the day. So they loaned me a new 1977 Ford LTD brougham. Man, I was thinking now i don't want no pickup truck! Ha It was a nice driver and smooth ride!
'Just in case i break down, i brought the camera. ". Sorry, had to laugh at that one. Not the first thing that would come to my mind., but to each his own
Awesome video! I live in Cody, and I saw you guys at my friend Kyle's Sinclair gas station as I drove by on main street, and I definitely noticed that beautiful car!
Most comfortable and spacious car ever made and my father bought 77 Ford LTD new
Those were great cars. Solidly built
My grandmother had a car like that in the early 1980s. They had a white dog named Tinker. They named it after my Great Granddaddy, Arthur Buford Neal (he is on Google with picture and looks like Bing Crosby with hat). That was his nickname because he was very small in stature. He worked on the railroad, was an airplane mechanic, and helped build Nashville International Airport and a military airport in Smyrna.
I remember this video. 😮
Put some 26 or 28s on it
got to love the chalino zanches music
sanchez
Your liquid boiling on the engine was the condensation dripping from the low side hose going into the AC compressor. It likely had a fine layer of ice on the line where it goes into the compressor and then immediately melted when you shut off the engine. My 77 F150 does the same thing. Mine almost drips onto the power steering dipstick. My truck's AC lines freeze a lot less since I recently sprayed some coil cleaner foam on the evaporator. It's fairly easy to do on the trucks... turn the AC on recirc so the little door above the passenger foot well opens and spray the foam directly on the coil. Dont turn fan on HI as it might blow it out the vents. You can get the cleaner at ACE Hardware for about 11 dollars. It really made a difference on my AC. I also run R12 in my AC... and that makes a huge difference, too.
Comment for the algorithm
That two face tape is know good i got some and hug a picture up with it it stuck for a while then fell off the wall 😞 bad tape
My first car was a 74 Coupe with 42k miles in 1980 , loved it.
No one gonna mention the magnet tray advertisement has full sized pliers on it, then it arrives and would only fit a few sockets at max 😂😂😂😂 Fucken temu 💀
JD has a better 'can do' attitude than most young people his age. And the fact that he doesn't get discouraged easily and let minor inconveniences deter him shows strong character. He will go far in this world. Great job and keep up the good work.
Beautiful car!!! The AC has a "Blow off valve" if it has to much pressure. That is the oil in the Ac system you see. Oh, and that is a GM compressor on a Ford.
I have 3 76 LTDs. Carry an extra Ignition module. Boosters good bad. Headliner will split about 5 seams back at some point. Just sayin! 351M and 400 is what I have. Great cars and ez to work on!
The 1970s were the best decade ever.
Very good job jd
I'll never understand why people drive through places like Kansas and Nebraska and gripe about them being flat or there being "nothing" out there. It's basically the American Steppe. Imagine central Asia/Russia where their steppe goes on for 5000 miles.
Stupide phone. LTD . LOL
I would love to own the LTDF. If you ever want to sell it please let me know. What a beautiful car.
Around a busy city, nothing beats a small car. For a nice, long comfortable road trip, nothing beats a full sized American car like this one. I know from experience.
6:27 A spanish language radio station in the middle of the American Heartland. It's no wonder why America is goi g downhil😢💔
My all time favorite car. Why? No clue other than nostalgia. I was born in 77 and we had a light blue one, pretty sure it was a 75. By the time I got old enough to drive, it was ragged out but still floated down the road.
8 bolts for the Cleveland valve cover and 6 for Windsor 😊
Try to be friendly and approachable, there's no need to be excessively polite, just avoid being rude. When speaking on camera, imagine you're chatting with a close friend, don't treat the camera as a stranger, don't be overly formal. It's important to be genuine when interacting with others/camera, as faking emotions like excitement or anger can easily be detected and lead to distrust for folks who are still judging you/your content. Remember that those who continue to support you are usually the ones who already appreciate your content. If you want to reach a wider audience, make sure to stay true to your usual style and avoid unrelated content that may alienate your current viewers.
"Needs a minor adjustment " .....beats the shlt out of hood with hammer
My boss had a LTD. He said it cost him a lot with all the extras. He'd call it his "Last Thin Dime"
Kansas City? No wonder I saw so many Caseys. Lol. Great road trip with the family. Last weekend I drove my 62 Lincoln from Kansas City to Des Moines to a Good Guys car show. About the same mileage.....11.5 Lots of memories in the old cars though.
To think this made it to yellow stone gives me the will power to drive my 97 Camry to yellow stone.
JUST BEAUTIFUL!
LOVED that body style!!!!
Thank you for this advice Dalton it’s inter webs gold. Hope you are feeling better.
I sure wish they still made cars like that one. We didn't realize how good we had it. God bless you and your family! 🙏✝️
Betcha that car rides like a dream, something lost in the new Firm ride front wheel drive cars that are filling the road these days.
I would look at putting up an actual pole building. There are ways to cut cost with the construction of the building ie framing, steel quality and size/height. The building doesn't need to last 100 years. Just some thoughts.
Curious on how you get a sponsorship to do this, i love to do a review
We call Vegemite axle grease. Enjoy.
That car is more trustworthy on a trip than any new electronic pice of shit car, I drive an old Lincoln and it’s never broken down, my brother bought a 2023 KIA with 15 thousand on it and the aluminum block crap motor blew up.
Back in the 90's I had a roommate that was a mechanic. He was always bringing home some stray car with a big problem. Customers would come into the shop with said vehicle, decide they don't want to fix it, and sometimes he'd buy it from them. He'd drag it home, fix it, use it a while then cut it loose. One of them was a beautiful gold 1977 LTD identical to yours. That was a keeper. We did some serious road tripping in that car. I can see how you made 800 miles in one day, it would take a car like that to do it and not be absolutely miserable.
